Eduardo Cotillas

Agri-food Engineer/Msc in Food Science and Technology at Politechnical University of Madrid. His track record of more than 25 years in RDI projects in the Agri Food/FMCG sectors, both in public bodies and private consulting companies. Since April 2019, he becomes RDI Director at SPANISH FOOD AND DRINK INDUSTRIES FEDERATION BEBIDAS (FIAB) and as General Secretary at Food for Life-Spain Technology Platform. Since June 2023, he coordinates the National Food Technological Platforms of Europe.
