Food technologist from Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid. R&D&I Researcher in Sensory and Consumer Research at CNTA (La Rioja, Spain). Since early 2023, she has worked in «Consumer and Market» at CTIC CITA. Post-merger with CNTA, she is now a researcher in «Sensory and Consumer Research,» involved in European projects and coordinating national/regional projects. She manages the MundoSabor platform and collaborates with various institutions.
