She encompasses the research lines «Advanced Chemical Characterisation» and «Food Quality and Safety 4.0». María José holds a PhD in Chemistry and has experience in multivariate data processing and large datasets, design of experiments (DOE) and analytical chemistry. With more than 20 years in R&D-I departments, she has acquired extensive experience in advanced analytical characterisation, as well as development of rapid analytical methods using spectroscopic and artificial imaging techniques.
