Thomas Dietrich holds an engineering degree in Biotechnology and works as project manager at TECNALIA Research & Innovation in the Food & Health Area. He has long-standing experiences in biomass valorisation, food product & ingredient development and bioeconomy concepts. His strengths lie with his strong capability to manage the entire value chain from biomass sourcing, conversion and product development. He coordinated several EU funded research projects in this area.
