Trained as an engineer, Maria Eugenia Martín Hidalgo went through d·HEALTH Barcelona Program and worked in business development and innovation at University of Barcelona. Currently she is CEO and Co-Founder of ColorSensing, which first product is a revolutionary smart packaging solution to cut down food waste and ensure quality and safety.
