The food on our plate is never an isolated event, but there is always a continuous involvement of innovation, knowledge, as well as determining climatic and (geo)political factors. This is also what drives me in my current position. Through bilateral cooperation between governments and public-private partnerships we bring together experts, knowledge, and innovation with the aim of achieving sustainable and future-proof food chains.
