Maria Sanz

Degree in Biology from the University of Valencia and Master in Food Management and Food Safety and PhD in Food Microbiology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has worked on numerous national and international research projects related to food safety. She is currently the Manager of R&D Microbiology at Christeyns.
