Montse Jorba

Montse Jorba Rafart holds a PhD in Chemistry. Currently she works in Leitat Technological Centre, in the Circular Economy & Decarbonization department, as Area Manager of Bioresources & Agrifood Technologies area, where she develops projects in the field of alternative proteins and food by-products valorisation, with application of extraction and conversion technologies for the obtention of active ingredients for agrifood and feed sectors.
