Rainatou Baillet

Ms. Baillet is the Chief of Procurement of the UN WFP, which serves 150 million people annually. In her role, Ms. Baillet oversees the cost-effective and transparent purchase of food, goods, and services to support humanitarian operations worth USD 4.5 billion annually. She also provides guidance to the field on procurement-related matters and collaborates with programmatic units to introduce sustainable procurement modalities, which range from food system interventions to green packaging.
